Packington Horticultural Society

This year’s Packington Horticultural Society festival on 7th September proved yet again to be very popular with villagers.

There was the usual display of donated fruit and vegetables, flowers and home cooked cakes and pies. Entres were as strong as ever.

The evening was rounded off with an auction for the sale of the goods donated, the proceeds of which are used to support charities in the local area.

Bright Hope was chosen with others and received £200 from the event.

Packington Horticultural Society are long time supporters of Bright Hope and we are very grateful for their continued support.
