Way Back to Wellness
'Way Back to Wellness' is designed to help individuals live happier and healthier.
This is support for anyone feeling isolated, disconnected, deconditioned, overweight, breathless, anxious or stressed, fatigued or experiencing brain fog or mood swings. This service has been introduced following on from the success of our Covid Recovery Service and follows the same approach, offering holistic support to improve mood, movement and wellbeing and is tailored according to the need of the individual.
Sessions for our Way Back to Wellness service take place on a 1-1 basis with Laura, a local health, fitness and nutrition professional and can be accessed face to face, online or by telephone. Groups sessions also available.
