Welcome to
Bright Hope in North West Leicestershire
We offer a range of non-clinical, therapeutic and social care services in North West Leicestershire.
The charity supports individuals with a life limiting condition or one that leads to a reduction in quality of life, as well as offering support to their partner, carer or family.
Our History & Today
Formerly known as Hospice Hope until October 2023, in 2012 it started by offering a weekly drop in support group (called a Support Café) in Ashby de la Zouch. Our President Emeritus, Stewart has put together a short document about the history of our charity - read our story here: History of our charity
The charity has grown from strength to strength and today successfully offers a wide range of support services including, 3 Support Cafés located in Ashby, Ibstock and Coalville; counselling, befriending, complementary therapy, wellness services and a new day care service. The Charity has recently changed its name to coincide with the opening of our new building - Bright Hope House, purpose built to be the charity’s headquarters and home to our support services.
