Fundraising and service information events
Each year we need to raise over £400,000 to keep our vital support services running.
As we do not receive any statutory funding, fundraising events are very important to us. Our services are only available to local people, so every penny raised stays in North West Leicestershire.
Quiz Night Fundraiser
Thursday 16th April- doors open 7.00 for 7.30 pm start
This fun-filled evening will bring people together to test their knowledge, enjoy great company, and raise vital funds that directly support the essential services Bright Hope provides.

Coalville Fun Run
Saturday 7th June- Registration 9 am - Start 10 am
Coalville Community Fun Run is back for 2026! Choose between a 2km or 5km route and enjoy a fun, flexible event that welcomes everyone — from competitive runners to families and first‑timers.
Please note the Snibston Colliery Park parking area is available for disabled spectators and the 2k course is wheelchair accessible. The 5k route has two narrow gates which would preclude wheelchair access.
