An Evening of Celebration - Volunteer Thank You Ball

An incredible evening filled with truly inspiring people, our Volunteer Thank You Ball was the perfect opportunity to celebrate and thank our dedicated team of 120 volunteers.

We were honoured to welcome our guest, Mike Kapur OBE CStJ, who presented our CEO, Laura Mackie, with the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. This prestigious award recognises our volunteers, who selflessly give their time each week to care for and support those in need in our community.
Our wonderful trustee, Stewart Shepherd, delivered a thoroughly entertaining speech, and after a buffet, the evening was rounded off perfectly with a disco.
